
Federalism: Weighing Interests, Reaching Consensus
On 6 August 2018, Consultative Committee to Review the 1987 Constitution (ConCom) Chairman former Chief Justice Renato Puno and Subcommittee on the Creation and Structure of Federated Regions Prof. Edmund Tayao were invited as resource persons in a forum organized by the Junior Political Economist Guild of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) entitled “Federalism: Weighing Interests, Reaching Consensus – Charter Change and its Effect to the Philippine Political and Economic Landscape.” It was held at the Tanghalang PUP of the College of Communication.
